The other day, I saw a homeless guy looking through a pile of records someone had left on the street near 24th and Sixth Avenue in Manhattan. I got on the subway a few minutes later and doodled this on the ride home, then colored it in yesterday….
The other night I went to a reading of a new play by my old friend John Walch over at New Dramatists. I pay better attention when I’m doodling, so here’s three pages of sketching I did of John, the actors and some guy in the audience. The play’s called What God Hath Wrought: A Transatlantic Farce and it is absolutely wonderful. John’s so good …
