Come celebrate the revelation of some new drawings!
Everyone's cutting corners nowadays, especially if the corners cost money. Personally, I've been clipping coupons and eating in, so it only makes sense that if I'm going to have an art show, I'll have to use the frames and mattes I can find and not the ones that cost money.
Luckily, Marshall and Isabelle had a couple of frames in the closet and Laura and I had some that were just sitting there. Ryan patched together one or two from stuff we found and, for some reason, people are always tossing frames out, so I grabbed them when i saw them, brought them all back to the studio and started looking around to see what I had to fill them up with.
Turns out, I've been busy since Bernie and I got that studio down by the banks of the mighty (smelly) Gowanus so I had plenty of art to choose from.
Please join us as we drink and talk and look at art. And bring a bottle of wine along to share if you are so inclined; it's a recession after all!

Montblanc pens commissioned a series of three drawings which were made into a limited edition box of 12 cards, available only to people who bought the
Boheme line of pens. Only 1500 boxes were made and distributed to Montblanc boutiques across the country.

In the winter of 2003, Michael was commissioned by
God's Love We Deliver to create a limited edition line of Christmas cards for their catalogue. The cards were also sold at Bergdorf Goodman as part of the God's Love Boutique and were featured on the cover of the Christmas catalogue.
God's Love We Deliver's mission is to improve the health and well-being of men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition. They prepare and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals to people who, because of their illness are unable to provide or prepare meals for themselves. They also provide illness-specific nutrition education and counseling to our clients and families, care providers and other service organizations. All services are provided free of charge.
